This page details the terms and conditions of our Returns and Refund policy.

 

Returns

We expect you to love your Bailey Bag.

As a small business Bailey Bag cannot afford to cover the return postage if you change your mind on your product.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 14 days we do not offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If a product arrives to you damaged please email Bailey Bag with your order number, photos and a description of the damage. So that the issue can be quickly resolved.

Returned items to us will not be refunded if they have been used, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded.

Once your item is received and inspected, Bailey Bag will send you a notification email, stating approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund shows in your account. Please be patient.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Most of our items are bespoke (only one item may be made), or they are made in a limited amount so an exchange for the same item will not be possible. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
