Welcome, this page details the terms and conditions of our shipping and returns policy.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 days. Bailey Bag is a small business and so orders will not be processed over a weekend.

You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping in the UK

Bailey Bag ships using the Royal Mail First Class which aims to deliver in 3 to 5 working days. Packages over £40.00 in value will be tracked.

Shipping Overseas

Bailey Bag ships using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

Delivery estimates vary with each location. An additional £20.00 is charged for overseas locations.

Customs and Imports

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Bailey Bag is not responsible for any delay that may occur due to customs.

Cancellation of Order

Bailey Bag is a small business and does not accept a cancelation once the purchase has been made.

Returns

We expect you to love your Bailey Bag.

As a small business Bailey Bag cannot afford to cover the return postage if you change your mind on your product.

Bailey Bag offers a 14 days (after purchase) to return products in their original packaging and unused for a refund. After 14 days from purchase we do not offer a refund.

If a product arrives to you damaged please email Bailey Bag with your order number, photos and a description of the damage. So that the issue can be quickly resolved.

Returned items to us will not be refunded if they have been used, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts will not be refunded.

Once your item is received and inspected, Bailey Bag will send you a notification email, stating approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment. There is often some processing time before a refund shows in your account. Please be patient.
